“Mary had our home sold in half the average marketing time. She was professional, accurate, and very knowledgeable about the market. Best of all, she has a winning personality that makes her a joy to work with!”

The beauty of Windridge is striking with its tree-lined streets and quiet cul-de-sacs to its views of the Hill Country. The subdivision is located in Northwest Austin with easy access to Highway 183. Its custom quality homes on large, treed lots are priced from the upper 400’s to the 700’s. Windridge subdivision is convenient to shopping, medical facilities, and recreation.

Located within Travis County and the City of Austin, Texas the area is also served by the highly acclaimed Round Rock School District. Two neighborhood elementary schools, Kathy Caraway and Laurel Mountain, as well as Canyon Vista Middle School have received the Presidential Blue Ribbon Award for Excellence. These schools are not only an added bonus for families with school age children; they add value to the subdivision as a whole. Other amenities include a neighborhood park with hike and bike trails, and an active area homeowner association.

Windridge is one of the last subdivisions to be developed in the area. The residents thoroughly enjoy the convenience to major employers and medical facilities. There is easy access on Highway 183 South to Loop 1 (MoPac) to downtown, or North to Highway 620 which will take you to Round Rock or Lake Travis quickly. Residents find themselves almost midway between the multitude of shops at the Arboretum and the new Lakeline Mall.

The cable and electrical lines are all underground, creating a clean look. Streets are comfortably wide, with curbs, gutters, and sidewalks. A new section of the subdivision, featuring larger executive homes was completed a few years ago. Like the rest of Windridge, it is a quiet, private, wooded area with many streets ending in cul-de-sacs. The new area features a greenbelt area with creeks and ponds that compliment many of the home-sites.

Windridge Real Estate Statistics:

For your convenience I have also included some market reports on the Windridge neighborhood as well as an overview of the Austin real estate market. These reports are all Adobe PDF documents, so just click the link to view them.

Note: the Austin Board of Realtors passed a rule that restricts the publishing of sold information. For this reason I am no longer able to publish specific addresses and sold prices. The price shown for sold properties is the last listed price. As always, upon individual request I will be more than happy to furnish a detailed report on each property!
